Our Mission

The MENtorship Initiative is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering young men through mentorship in service, leadership, and life skills. We engage participants in community service, success-oriented programs, team-building activities, public speaking development, and civics education. By fostering personal growth and civic awareness, we prepare young men to lead and make a positive impact in their communities.

How Do We Serve?

The MENtor Initiative aims to support college-age men to ensure the successful completion of their college degree. Moreover, the MENtor Initiative connects these emerging leaders to established community and industry leaders with a proven success track record. These connections effectively plug the aspiring leader into a network that they might not have had access to otherwise. The mentee’s introduction to an established network can accelerate their personal success.

Who Do We Serve?

Students who have been accepted to a college or university and who have qualified for either a Florida Merit Scholarship or Bright Futures Scholarship are eligible for consideration.

How Can I Help?

Community members can contribute financially to the program or you can contribute by serving as a mentor. All donations are tax-deductible and go directly to the mentee and operational costs are incurred to support the mentee.
